About two weeks ago, Chicago-based (and incredibly hilarious) comedian Andy Woodhull, posted a Facebook status asking for artists to cook up a new logo for "The Crystal Pistol" comedy showcase at Zanie's in Chicago. Although another artist's logo was selected (which is a VERY cool Western-meets-film noir-style joint), I thought I'd share my submissions, which only differ in font style and size. I drew the revolver by hand and duplicated it in Photoshop. With Photoshop (which, admittedly, I'm learning new stuff every time I use it!), I created the remainder of the logo and slapped it all together. Enjoy! December, 2010
